These are Fair Trade, handmade cards made by artisans in India. Each card is made of recycled waste cotton, making them 100% tree-free. There are 3 different designs with printed patterns on the front: Snow Flakes (mainly blue), Christmas Tree (mainly white and gold), and Fall Leaves (mainly brown). Each card has embroidered motifs inside of leaves, Christmas trees and snow flakes depending on the design.
These cards come in an envelope that displays a message saying they are made of tree-free, recycled cotton paper, and that they are Fair Trade cards.
The artisans that make these cards work under safe conditions. They are also compensated fairly for their work, and are given development help to help rise their communities above poverty.
